The Adams County Museum will be closed for the Thanksgiving weekend, from Thursday, November 24th to Monday, November 28th. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, November 29th.
Our next event is the Holiday Bazaar on Saturday, December 3rd, 9 AM to 4 PM.
Please note that the Adams County Museum will be operating in a limited capacity during the Holiday Bazaar. Regular business will resume on Tuesday, December 6th.

Located next to the Adams County Fairgrounds, the Adams County Museum has nine buildings, including a schoolhouse, a firehouse, a Victorian-era house, a gas station, and a blacksmith shop.
Hoffman Hall at the musuem features a saddle used by President Theodore Roosevelt, a two-story combine harvester, and Colorado's second-oldest printing press.
The Adams County Historical Society also maintains the Saint Clair Ross Cemetery, located at 11290 124th Ave. in Brighton.
