The Adams County Museum Craft Shows take place at the Riverdale Regional Park & Fairgrounds at  9755 Henderson Road in Brighton. Parking is free. 
The craft shows are a fundraiser for the Museum and feature only handmade items.

All shows start at 9 AM and end at 4 PM.  Early set up for vendors is the Friday before the show from 12 PM to 4 PM.

So, you want to be a Vendor.  It all starts here .  In the upper right hand corner is a button [Vendor Policies] - Click on that button.  It tells you how to get your Colorado Special Sales Tax License among other information.  Same page - upper right corner there is a button [Register/Log-in] - click on that button and create your account.  Once your account is created go back in and log into your account.  The next page that appears is [Purchase a Ticket] - click there and then you can pick your show, your building, your spot -- Add to Cart and Check Out.  If the show you pick is sold out then select Purchase Wait List Ticket and add to cart and check out.

There is a walkway from the parking area to the buildings.
 

SALES TAX LICENSE:

We are required to submit each registered vendor's name, address, and Special Event Sales Tax license number to the Colorado Department of Revenue for each show. Special Event Sales Tax Licenses are MANDATORY for every vendor, even those with standard sales tax licenses. You are required to send in your own tax collections. The sales tax amount to collect is 4.75%. If you are unable to attend the show, it is up to you to notify the Museum so that we can take you off of the list we send to the State. Please note, if you do not obtain a license, the State will issue you a fine.

Form DK0098 is used to file your taxes with the State.

Booth spaces are 8' long x 6' deep.  Booth fee is $55 per booth.  Early set-up for vendors is the Friday before the show from 12PM to 4PM and the cost is $5 per booth.  If you need a table they are 2.5' -by - 6' at a cost of $15 per table.    You are welcome to bring your own table(s) as long as they fit within the designated space.  The day of the show you can set up as early as 6 AM.  The show hours are 9 AM to 4 PM.

CANCELLATION OF YOUR SPOT(S) IN THE CRAFT SHOWS MUST BE DONE 30 DAYS BEFORE THE SHOW IN WRITING TO CRAFTERS@ADAMSCOUNTYMUSEUM.COM IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND.  Also, your booth space belongs to the Museum.  You cannot 'give' it to a relative, friend, booth neighbor or anyone else.  If you cannot attend you must cancel (in writing) and the Museum will work the wait list and that booth will go to the person on the wait list.  We will be making sure that who registered for the booth is the one utilizing the booth.

Crafters:  Our normal business hours for telephone or in person assistance is TUESDAY - SATURDAY 10 AM to 4 PM.  Please know that you can get answers to questions by calling the Craft Show Hotline 720-353-0173 OR the Museum's Direct Line 303-659-7103.  You should NOT be going directly to voice mail.  Using the email link from the website may create delays in answers.  Please use Crafters@adamscountymuseum.com if possible.

Also, please check your receipts:  the receipt shows the show, the show date, the booth number and what has been paid. It is recommended that you keep your receipts as reference during the year.  Cancellation will also generate a receipt.  Cancellatiions from wait lists will generate a receipt..  Also, the 2026 shows will be showing balances in some accounts.

Currently, the spot you have in a particular year is reserved for you for the following year.  You have 30 days after the completion of the show to pay for the next year.  Payment can be made (1) during the show at your convenience, (2) from your on-line account [Under Pay Old Balances] or by calling the office at either 303-659-7103 or 720-353-0173.  Please check the date on your receipt to make sure it is for a future date and not the date of the current show.
