Vendor Policies

To participate in the Adams County Museum’s Craft Shows, you are required to follow the policies linked here:

SALES TAX LICENSE:

We are required to submit each registered vendor's name, address, and Special Event Sales Tax license number to the Colorado Department of Revenue for each show. Special event sales tax licenses are MANDATORY for every vendor, even those with standard sales tax licenses. You are required to send in your own tax collections. The sales tax amount to collect is 4.75%. If you are unable to attend the show, it is up to you to notify the museum so that we can take you off of the list we send to the state. Please note, if you do not obtain a license, the state will fine you up to $1,000.

**You can find more information about how to obtain your license in the linked policy document above**
